Reservation & payment instructions - Cacique Cruiser


  • We operate trips and accept reservations everyday, all year.  We accept reservations until a trip is full or 6pm the day prior to departure.
  • The months of May through November reservations are usually available on short notice.  But we still recommend booking Private huts at least 2 weeks in advance. The months of December through April are very busy and we recommend booking both dorm beds and private huts with as much advance notice as possible.
  • Trips are open for booking through the end of the year but we only guarantee prices 3 months in advance.
  • If you do not have all the information required for the online reservation (i.e. pick up location, passport numbers etc), fill the box with 0's and write us when you have the details sorted.  We must have all required information no later than 6 pm the evening before departure.


Online Reservation Instructions

  • Contact us to confirm the trip you would like is available, then go to to the website activity for that trip to book online.
  • Click on the blue button with a shopping cart that says "BOOK NOW!" in the upper right side of the right activity.
  • Pick the date from the calendar.
  • Choose the reservation type you would like:
    • Deposit payment only -  amounts vary by trip, he balance must be paid in cash the morning of pickup.
    • Full payments on credit card -  an additional charge of 4% for credit card processing will be added.   
  • Then click on the blue button at the bottom; "CONTINUE”
  • Choose between dorm bed or private hut accommodations.  There are separate prices for each number of nights in each of the following categories:
    • Adults (age 11+)
    • Kids (age 6 to 10)
    • Children (ages 5 and younger)
  • Please note there is also an additional charge for 1 guest staying alone in a private hut.
  • After this, you proceed to enter your data; name, location, pick up location and your credit card information
  • Expect confirmation of the transaction via email
  • Once you have received your ticket and receipt via email you are all set. Any other questions you have, please do not hesitate to write us if you have questions.
